My favorite place to hang out or eat. They have excellant service. THE BEST onion rings anywhere. Service is always friendly. The view is great. I don‘t go out anywhere else anymore.

I have never paid for a reservation, and I go there often. The food is always good, and the service too. The view is great, and it is a great place to have drinks with friends. They have never added a tip to the bill, and the service has always been friendly. You should go there and see for yourself, I highly recommend it!!

This is my fav. place in Bismarck, Mandan to dine, or even have a drink. I eat there 3-4 times a week. I have never had a bad meal, or bad service. You who have had a bad experience I would ask you to give it another shot.

The Pier is definitely one of my favorite restaurants! The food is always excellent, the service has been good and I enjoy the location/view...on the river. I am confused by the other reviews - especially the one that stated they "paid" for their reservations...I have NEVER paid for reservations. I would highly recommend The Pier for a casual dining experience with a good menu. I would give The Pier a 5 star rating without hesitation.

There were 7 in our party-two of us got our meal 10 minutes before the third person-and then the appetizers showed up. About 20 minutes later the other 4 in our party finally recieved their food-consisting of 2 burgers and chicken strips and onion rings. Then the server added gratuity to all of our bills-we had NO service! I know 7 people who will never go there again and will tell everyone that they talk to about how poorly we were treated!
